A Contemporary House in a Historic Landscape
Set within the original two-acre henequen drying fields of Hacienda Sac Chich, Casa Sisal is a private contemporary home surrounded by mature palms, water-lily ponds, and the hacienda's original 11-foot stone wall.
Designed to embrace the landscape, the house opens almost completely to the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors disappear into the walls, connecting the living spaces with the gardens, pool, and tropical surroundings.
The result is a private world where architecture and nature exist almost seamlessly together.
Indoor-Outdoor Living
At the center of Casa Sisal is a spacious open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sunken living room.
The floor-to-ceiling glass doors can be completely recessed into the walls, transforming the living space into an extension of the surrounding gardens.
Step outside to the private patio, take a swim in the infinity-edge pool, or spend the afternoon beside the lily pond.
Here, there is no real distinction between inside and out.
The Bedrooms
Casa Sisal has two private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a private full bathroom.
Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and designed to provide a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

The Pool and Gardens
Outside, the house opens onto a spacious private patio surrounded by tropical gardens.
A three-sided infinity-edge pool provides the perfect place to cool off, while a bamboo pergola and chaise lounges create shaded spaces for relaxing.
A 30-foot water-lily pond adds another layer of tranquility to the landscape.
